(GBIAC), which take charge of the management of the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, was founded on 19th September 2000.The shareholders include Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Group Company (with 57.6% of the ownership), Air China, China Civil Aviation Airport Construction General Company, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Company Limited and Guangzhou Communications Investment Co., Ltd. The registered capital of GBIAC is RMB 600 million, with RMB 400 million public shares, the total shares has increased to RMB 1 billion.
